  • How long will my order take?

Please review our shipping and processing policy. 


  • How can I track my order? 

Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide at checkout. 


  • What if I want to cancel my order? 

We aim to process orders as soon as possible after they are placed. Therefore we are unable to cancel orders after they are made. Changes to orders may be made under some circumstances. Email  LuxFitElite@gmail.com to inquire about making a change to your order. 


  • Do you offer returns and exchanges? 

Due to COVID-19 LuxFit Elite does not currently offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please read descriptions and size charts before purchase. We will inform customers if/when this policy changes. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know. 


  • Do you offer pickups?

Yes, currently LuxFit Elite offers one pickup location in the RVA area ONLY. Pickups on holidays are not available. Pickups on weekends are SOMETIMES available upon request. Pickups are by appointment only. Use the code LUXFITLOCAL for free shipping and email luxfitelite@gmail.com with your order number to schedule your pickup. If you do not send an email to schedule your pickup within 24 hours of your purchase your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded. 


  • I have a question that was not answered, who do I ask? 

No problem! Send us an email at LuxFitElite@gmail.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
